If the charge is for closing down under-performing stores and trimming the fat out of SG&A, it would be very good news. Presumably, they wouldn't do it unless it boosted the bottom line. Of course, announcing a plan and actually following through with it are two different things. Hauslein, the "invisible" former acting CEO, did very little in my opinion to reduce overhead, although he did talk a good game.

The next thing to look for would be analysts raising numbers. If that happens, the stock could run up a couple more points. But I generally agree with the consensus that this is a dog of a company. The only reason I bought in was that it hit a hard floor at 6 and was a relatively good bet for a decent return (for patient investors). 50% is a decent return.
