I see today that Morgan-Keegan has changed their recommendation on RAIL from a strong buy to a buy because RAIL announced that it would not meet analyst's estimates for earnings this quarter. However, the company today announced a new $55 M contract with their line in Chile. The dip in price today could put this stock on sale.
