Tomorrow will an interesting day for individual investors, money
managers, as well as speculators due to Compaq's event. The previous
Intel event causes a lot of money reallocation, then Motorola's, then
another Compaq. The Compaq's event will directly impact DEC stock
since it ties with Compaq's price. I believe some of money invested
in DEC will be moved out to other stocks where they think is safer and
more rewardable. Based on this expected scenario, could Apple take
advantage of the situation or otherwise. Well, within a couple of
hours after the opening bell tomorrow, I wouldn't expect Apple price
will rise. However, after that, Apple will not only stabilize but
also continue to surge in part due to the investment to Apple from
Compaq, DEC, even from CSC after breaking talk with CA. Those high
tech stock funds are always circulated around, and it is near a
zero-sum game in a short period of timeframe.

Just my thought.
