I don't think they will but if they keep signing deals like the ones with Allstate and Bank One, who knows. Regardless, the company is executing their business plan extremely well. They are showing continued growth while at the same time controlling their expenditures. Because of this both the company and its shareholders are being rewarded.

APCO may not compare in size to a MSFTor CSCO. But they do in current price appreciation. Here is a price comparison from the three
since last January and the current PE of each one.

CSCO 50......64.375...... 28.75%..... PE 49.06
MSFT 50......82.75 ........65.5% ...... PE 54.84
APCO 5........9.875.......97.5% ...... PE 27.68
