Paul, I think you have done an excellent and accurate analysis of Intel, CPQ, and Dell's current situation. As you know, things can change very quickly, but for the very short-term (next 3 months), Dell is in good shape, CPQ will be hurting, and Intel will be somewhere in the middle. Also, IMO, the DEC deal will also hurt CPQ's shareholders short-term as costs and expenses will easily outstrip any additional revenue, but the deal might work out longer-term. I got totally out of Compaq about a week or so ago during the run-up.

Have you heard anything about Dell's plans regarding Celeron??? Apparently, Kumar said only Sony, Micron, and Compaq are showing interest.
