He stated that "Only as a last resort". Did he panic? Was he knowledgeable about "our" company and its potential market cap? Now he wants to buy back the Reg "S". There appears to be some uncertainty in his reasoning and leadership to make a statement and then execute the last resort and then decide that he wants to recanter the whole thing. I may be wrong, but that is how it appears to me. Thanks, Uncle Ernie P.S. Note his original statement was shown as 1/5/98 and today is 3/6/98. He exercised all two of the three options available to him under this scenario and now wants to exercise the final one. Is this clear thinking and astute execution? What is wrong with this picture? <eom>
