Art you have a valid point about management. Look at Micron Electronics in comparison to Dell. Micron has no skill at the management level. They are known for training production staff to become managers. The problem is the trainer are also 'grown up' laborers. Micron is now having a very difficult time in the market. One major difference is baat is young and unique. This is a whole different market than Pc's. Still something to be aware of.
