There seemed to quite a bit of trading last week without the price moving much. Given the excitement behind companies like Ballard (TSE) in the fuel cell area you would think that an announcement like the one MHTX has made back in Feb. would have sent the price up much more than it has. There are no SEC filings as I can tell. Does anyone know if this company is a Reg D (504). The one million dollars, I believe is exactly the limit which can be raised under the 504 rules without any reporting requirements. If I understand these rules properly the shares could be issued at any price wth a dollar limit of 1 million. I am wondering if the insiders are issuing to themselves stock at minimal prices and dumping it on the markets? Does anyone have information relating to this company?
