tom, thanks for the advice, i will look into it. as far as tlk, it is so hard to tell right now, but something tells me the imf, or should we say the US will not allow indonesia just to slide into the ocean. Suharto may be fencing with then right now, but he hasn't been in power for this long to just be a complete idiot and shut out the imf. Look for them to make a deal. Lets face it, they need the dough and thats that. Buying TLK is liek buying stock in indonesia. I dont see there being a relvolution there, so I think getting in at 8 is a good move. After all, people buying there know the risks, the market has already adjusted to the fact that there are problems and will continue to be. it has not adjusted to a political crises however, that is where the risk is. also, though, it has not reacted to the fact indonesia could turn things around and turn out fine in a year or so. I see buying at 8 if you are in for the long term is a great investment. short term is a different story. |
