Hi Wolf,
The number is 201-669-2809. I have been told the delay is a result of changing the auditing firms to a big name firm that specializes in international companies and the change of the accounting year. I was also told that they still expected to meet or beat estimates. Did you see the news release? As for the Nasdaq requirement, I think it is 3$ for 20 days along with some other requirements. I also expect the stock to go to five or more on earnings announcements. Volume has been light. I think investors are waiting to see what happens with earnings. I get nervous about delayed earnings, but I think the dividend is a sign that the company is doing well and that they hold shareholders intersts as a priority.
