William I suspect the other float numbers are from the 1996 annual report or some other source but clearly from the end of 1996. Peter's numbers are much more accurate but even his don't include the latest round of inside selling. My best guess is around 16.5 million. If Sequoia has continued to sell since year end, I suspect that that number is significantly higher. The maximum number on the float could be around 20 million.
