>>1. How do you know that all debentures have been purchased? Did you talk to the company?

Yes, Baron-Marney confirmed this.

>>How do you account for the increased amount shares outstanding if it was not conversions?

This is the 64,000 dollar question, isn't it? Very curious trading pattern the last 10 days, directly coinciding with debenture option conversion windows. Is the volume simply duplicative counting as shares shift among broker-dealers and wind up in the hands of large investors. Something like 5 million shares have traded the last 10 days. We have all assumed that conversion was responsible, I am only offering alternative speculation based upon what I know and what I can infer from the latest press releases.

I am not recommending any kind of action. My only purpose here is to try to figure out what is going on. I am a shareholder and I have been in and out Oilex this year. I've lost money and now I'm back in at about 20 cents in the last week based upon my reading of the latest press release.
