JAKE! I know what you mean. I have been researching FAMH for over 6 months. The more I learn, the more I like it.

From what I see, the average multiple for many staffing companies looks like it is around 30 - 35 times earnings.

FAMH has audited earnings for 1997 of 10.85›
10.85› x 32.5 = $3.53 per share

While I think it could move up to the $3.50 - $4 by about June, I think we should see the share price move up to the $1.75 - $2.25 range much sooner just based on 1997 earnings.

Once FAMH gets a couple of 10-Q reports solidifying their 1998 projections of 25› to 30› EPS, I think we could see the share price move substantially higher into the $4 - $6 range by September - October.

By the end of the year, well...

FAMH projects 25-30› EPS for 1998.
25› x 32.5 = $8.12 per share
30› x 32.5 = $10.40 per share

Time will tell.

I think FAMH could justify an even higher-than-average multiple in the next 9-18 months based on their rapid growth (provided profitability remains strong, obviously).

Just my opinions as an individual investor. Please do your own research before investing.

Best wishes,
Brad
