George,

All of those stories are about Softbank Holdings the former parent company of Softbank Interactive Marketing. They have nothing to do with Zulu-tek (NETZ). Softbank Holdings sold 65% of Softbank Interactive Marketing to Zulu-tek at the end of December 1997.
