Hi Jim,

>>Harry, good questions, someone ought to send you to cc's.

Didn't you hear. Clint promoted me to Head Technical Analyst of the
Silicon Investor Group. : )

How did you make out with NN? I still have not had a chance to
hear the conference call. I was so busy, it expired before I could
hear it. Investor relations was supposed to send me a copy of the tape
but I have not seen it yet.

I just got the most recent Nesbitt Burns report on NN. EMAIL me
your fax number if you want a copy. The report does not do a good
job on the technical side of the business, but it covers most of the
facts that retail customers would want to know.

Most important facts from the report:

- Target price for the year is $35 to $38 CND. Keep that in mind
if you are trading this.

- Very little revenue has been recognized from the MCI and BT contracts. These were large contracts, but they are multiple year
contracts so revenue recognition will be lumpy. This will cause
some surprises in Q to Q results.

- The TDM business is expected to recover going forward, but this
is a declining business anyway. The problem with the TDM business
was in Europe, Asia and Latin America. In Europe, they had bought
as much equipment as required and were using this last Q to deploy.

- They expect a deal with Cable and Wireless soon.

-Geographic breakdown of sales for the Q 52 perecent Americas, 29 percent Europe, Middle East and Africa, and 19 percent Asia.

Too many things going on in my life right now. I am still trying
to catch up on two weeks of conference calls and new releases and it
is about to start all over again in a few weeks.

Harry
