Dear thread: Clue #3 - 5 million shares go poof in the wind?????

The following perspective is provided to you courtesy of a post on SH from an institutional manager. I have a very serious question for many of you . . . during the recent selloff this week . . . who bought the 5 million shares sold? What many of you do not know about are what the strong hands/institutions are doing behind the scenes in response to the recent downturn. Somebody bought 5 million shares this past week. I can assure you it was not small investors. Follow the BIG money not the small money and you will arrive safely . . . you have been warned. :)

Let's admit it: You don't have any reservations as to whether KRY will be victorious regarding the
upcoming judgment. Your concerns exist solely because this so called analyst has access to the
media which to the UNEDUCATED adds a sense of credibility to what he says and that just scares
you to death. Unfortunately this anxiety leads to bad decisions for some and opportunity's for others.

Having been employed in a managerial capacity at Fidelity for many years and now employed by
another high profile financial institution I have had the chance to work with truly great analysts and to
analyze their work. I have taken some time to research some of Asensio's claims and needless to say
it is less than pathetic. I read on this forum that they are the highest paid research team on the street.
What kind of BS is that?? If they are paid a great deal of money it is not because they have talent
rather because it takes money and lots of it to sell one's soul. The man is a true disgrace to the
profession and his track record and reputation is despicable. In particular the research he's prepared
for KRY is NOT thorough - rather extremely uneducated and brief.

Manny's first release said that "Crystallex has no motions pending in any court.". He immediately
lost all credibility with that statement. PDG will even recognize that KRY has a motion before the
court. In fact, the Bloomberg article of January 22 states that "PDG said that work would remain
suspended until the Supreme Court rules on who has ownership to the property". Evidently financing is
hard to come by if you don't have title. Furthermore, PDG has said on numerous occasions that it will
not make any out of court settlement with KRY. WHAT ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT IF no motion
exists and what is SC justice Gomex talking about when she says a decision will be released "very
soon". I think every Bloomberg article for the last three months recaps the upcoming decision.
Perhaps this crackpot research team relies on more unorthodox research methods (Crystal Balls,
Mood Rings, Dice, Fortune Tellers, Fortune Cookies, Palm Readers, Terra Cards, etc.).

As far as the allusive date of the decision I do not know exactly when the date will be. I know that
great strides were made last week to make arrangements for the decision to be expedited. Nothing
like a little financial pain to motivate the powers at be to preserve and now restore their battered
reputation. I do believe that this disruption will certainly prioritize the situation. If the decision does not
come out next week I am also sure that I will be acquiring many of your shares at very attractive
levels. I sincerely hope that it doesn't come to fruition since your perseverance and DD should be
rewarded however, fear creates opportunity and in this case lots of it.. Please trust your instincts and
don't lose sight of the reasons you committed funds to the stock.

Enough for now!!!
