Hi there Snake 1132! I must say, this was quite an interesting remark. It has been discussed by quite a few so far, publicly and privately. I do recall the mention of continued listing requirements at the conference call (just a mention). On Monday March 2nd, I called IR to confirm or deny the information about splits and such. The gentleman was both cooperative and courteous in his responses. He was unaware that any meeting had taken place to discuss such a matter, and that even if he did have such knowledge it would be inappropriate to disclose such before the company made a formal announcement etc. I am a little curious at this point how you have access to this kind of information but yet not the same concern for privacy that Investor Relations has expressed? I ask this question in a nonconfrontational manner, giving all the benefit of the doubt, hoping for a response in kind. <<<What I have reported to small investors is that the MPRS board of directors met on Friday February 27, 1998, to consider a reverse split of either 4 or 5 shares to one in order to keep the share price above 5 and avoid a delisting. >>> I thank you for posting.
