Dave, you are truly a master!!

At what, is the only question everyone has. You preach about unanswered questions, yet you avoid at all times answering some real simple questions. Therefore, I will ask you :

1. Do you work for the CCSI short-selling firm, Avalon, or invest in any way with them? A simple yes or no would suffice.

2. Did you request the foot doctor at Avalon (Kathy) to publish an opinion on CCSI?

3. Did you help her on her "research" report?

4. Or did you write the report?

5. Where are the SPRX FDA clinicals you mentioned taking place?

6. Where can we see information on SPRX' sales in Germany (?) or whatever country you have said they are currently selling in?

7. Have you done any research on Dr Maisels, who joined CCSI' advisory board in 1997 when he signed an exclusive agreement with CCSI in the bili field? (I have as I have previously mentioned, and he is considered as THE expert in the infant jaundice field of medicine).

8. Why would Dr Maisels exclusively join with CCSI if other even remotely promising technology were in clinicals (see SPRX clinicals)?

9. Have you asked if SPRX asked Dr Maisels to join with them?

10. Have you researched Fred Frank of Lehman Bros.?

11. Do you know of Frank's experience and prior successes in the medical industry?

12. Have you asked anyone with experience if it is true that the FDA approval for the completed handheld device might only take maybe 30 days or so?

13. Have you asked if CCSI now has reimbursement approval in most if not all states?

14. Have you asked anyone with experience if a decent upfront payment plus an annual royalty or licensing fee could be expected in this type of medical device situation?

15. Do you have ANY person with experience saying that CCSI's FDA approval last year and US patents would not be worth multi millions per year to CCSI?

16. Have you REALLY been short CCSI for the last 2 months or so? (I only ask this question so that we may sincerely express our condolences)

17. Are you SERIOUSLY suggesting that anyone should stay short against CCSI with the expected announcement of deal(s) coming soon?

We have grown bored with asking you questions which are substantive in nature and having you not respond to ANY of them. The only question you are posing now is the size of the US and world markets. I would suggest that the future distributors for CCSI have CAREFULLY considered the size of the market and their estimates will be available when the i's are dotted and the t's crossed, which should be in the very near future. Only then will we begin to understand the true, not conjectured, size of the market. Also, it may well take a year or more before true market sales data will be available which I expect will show that the nervous nelly moms and neonatal people have actually greatly expanded the real market.

I have politely asked you questions in the past about the bili business, etc and you have never responded. I would suggest that your credibility is on the line. Start with the easy question first (Do you work for Avalon or invest in any way with them?) and then you will see how easy it really is to make good contributions here and not just silly attacks on most others here. We do want your contributions, but it's time for you to be honest. My bet is you will answer these questions now. Thanks
