As an ex sailor, and a sometime administrator of the Canadian Navy's Auxiliary Fleet, I have looked into the nuts and bolts of the Panama fueling contract, with the facts available. I think it is a money maker and viable operation. They have done their homework on the costs associated with the contract. This gives me confidence that from this seedling, profits will grow.
Let's keep in touch and all report on the bits and pieces of this exciting adventure.
