I think that the big boys still have a ways to go. Dow Jones indicates that 102 Institutions own LGND , and they represent 33.73% of LGND's holdings. In contrast, 1069 Institutions own AMGN, which represents 51.83% of the holdings. When the institutions latch onto LGND the price will take off.
