IK, That 'helpful on site rep' doesn't come for 'free' to the purchaser! (How much support cost can be 'built' in for $899?) If they can't set up their machine, it is better to find somebody who has one to help! Oh, yeah! The person down the way got a DELL, I'll check with them before I buy!
