In my career I've have seen first hand, all too often the dreamer and visionary not able to build the infrastructure necessary for the company to go to the next level of expansion -- and in every case the core technology was potentially a solid winner. I'm beginning to believe that a successful growing company needs ar least two people, or a small team that has within it, the personality types that are essential for all the aspects required to handle the affairs within and without the enterprise. As an engineer, I don't believe in Dilbert, I think there are managers and CEO's that are worth their weight in gold out there. If BAT could present a strong team this would be PR that would much further IMO. Art
