Kevin, I see a buyout. As the long distance wars get underway this
year between current carriers and telcos there will be furious pace
of acquistions. Each company will have to be prepaed to entertain
a bid as it comes along. They owe it to shareholders to consider
all offers. TLTK, even though business is great is not as large as
many who will have deep pockets to make expansion happen faster. Thus
I see Tom Mills as facing situation of literally having to sell out
to get best deal for company and shareholders. Tom will do the
right thing I'm convinced. And I'm sure he and other officers will
benefit hansomely. I think he is preparing now for eventual offer;
that's why he is having a consultant value the company.
