Grupo-- since you talk to Joe a lot.. can you ask:

1) Since when he does sell the co, he plans to announce it AFTER the fact, what is the legal timetable he can do that? For example, what is the longest time period "after the sell" can he put the "must of held shares in the co. since so and so date" excemption in? I.e. " DCTC announces it has been sold to XXXX for $XX. This price is valid for all shareholders of record as of 2 weeks ago?"

I ask the validity of this and the timetable on this, because if the time period is say.. 3 weeks beforehand.. then Id think the people who bought 2 weeks beforehand would be hopping mad. Just wondering if anyone has asked about this...

Just from logic, Id think it would have to be announced very soon after the fact.

Secondly, doesnt the AQUIRING company have to vote on the aquisition? If so, wouldnt they put out a press release? The only way I could see around that was if Joe M made it contigent to keep it secret until after the fact but that might decrease the number of suitors because some might not be willing to go along with the idea. Any comments?
