Vartan Their telephone number is 212 687-7577 x253. They faxed me some material including the financials, and I talked to their marketing VP, Barbara Garret. It looks to me like they have everything in place to start installations, in fact they have one installation in Boston. They have hired a group from MCI to install their systems. The company must execute this phase of the business to be successful. Suspect with this group from MCI, the risk of getting through this phase of the business cycle has been lowered. Also they own the 38 gig frequency in 38 of the 40 major markets and this is a significant advantage. This technology is used throughout Europe and proven so the technology risk is minimal. I picked up a few hundred shares to start out my investment in Winstar. JMG
