I hope they're not doing that... They used the reg S to raise money to finance the merger. If they have/had the money to do a buy back, we should have used that money to finance the merger instead. I personally would just like to see the merger completed and have Mr. Arnold ignore the share price for the time being. Once we're no longer a shell we can worry about what the company can do to increase value. The big thing is getting WOTD running now. JMHO, Tony
