I am new to SI. But I have owned INEL since 1992 and gone through its ups, its blunders and its downs. It is indeed strange that the stock is at 7 1/8. May be the news did not yet hit the market with the full impact yet. Does anyone know if this is a friendly takeover? Is there a possibility that the INEL board will request a higher price per share? Xerox might then reconsider its offer? Vahe
