Mike,

I don't believe Bill's attorney's will permit him to be involved in something that isn't on the up and up. O'Brien had told me numerous times that he hoped to become involved in the waste oil recycling business due to what he feels in the profitability of GRNO's process.

The fact that he loaned money to the company, put even more into restricted stock means that he has put his money where his mouth is just like the rest of us. I'm not defending O'Brien, but I'm am trying to put his past role in some context. Basically, if Bo had not stepped forward and put his money into this company last winter, GRNO would likely have been forced into a highly dilutive heavily-discounted private placement. Yeah, GRNO's attorney didn't insure that the appropriate 13G fillings were made by O'Brien, (as well as his other negligence), but I think we see belief being exhibited here.

But I "DO" care about other clients. GRNO will not be able to fully regain the trust of the marketplace until it has locked in an order with cash in the bank with an outside customer. However, every little bit helps from whereever the money comes. If O'Brien doesn't follow through for some reason, GRNO still has $52,250 in extra cash that they didn't have before.

Just my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ron
