It's one thing copying DOS from Digital Research, or Windows from Macintosh when no one was watching. But the whole world is watching. In fact, last Tuesday, they have successfully put a label on him as a monopolist. Can you see the public opinion: a monopolist trying to hijack an open standard? Talk about being in a jam. Unfortunately, Anders got his name associated with this project.

I agree with Shane's post that this is a good opportunity for Borl.
