Greg, Re: the 2005 reference. I accessed the url you listed & didn't find any reference to 2005. Please check it again, just to assure me I'm not going blind. Bernie I agree with your assumption that the compound should be highly specific with a toxicity profile probably better but no worse than the current compound of choice.
