Well it's Sunday I hope everyone had a nice weekend and are looking forward to tomorrow and the following days and weeks.
I urge everyone to forget the name calling and see Friday's intentional filing after the close 8-k for exactly what it was, management hearing you.
It is absolutely irrelevant what Pink does at this point. Buy, sell doesn't matter, what he was selling was bad info and that can carry one only so far.
The company has now had it's eyes opened and will be more forthcoming and the truth will come out just like on Friday, but more and more relevant.
It is important to understand the the ball is now in the companies and legitimate investors court, not anyone else including Mr Pink.
I might add one thing about Mr. Pink that he is clearly in the business, and he knows what he has done and potentially fostered is illegal and counts on the anonymity of the web to help his cause. The wonderful thing about modern technology is that it is NEVER as secure as you think it is, I/we know quite a bit about our friend, so read between the lines, it could get interesting. Some tracks you just can't cover.
I am a legitimate investor, been around the block more than a few times and have seen this many, many times and the end of
something like this always looks the same, desperation, give up, short interest over 30+% and clearly unproveable bad information.
It's always the same; then the company steps in, the momentum stops, the earnings come out, the math takes over and the stock moves dramaticaly. In this case it is so very, very early, we have so much time, such a thin stock, a company that's cooperating.
I hear someone's holding a trial on the internet tomorrow?? gimme a break!!
The fundamentals at this point don't matter. What matters is the unsustainablilty of a trend and what makes it end. Lets assume that Mr. Aharoni had trouble in Israel, have you ever seen anyone other than a Nazi War Criminal, or other murderer extradited to Israel? Come on. I can see it now. The Israeli secret service storming Actrades Headquarters under the cover of darkness to bring someone back to Israel to answer to a legitmate and legal bankruptcy charge. ISRAEL'S MOST WANTED. Not happening. Forget it.
I would again urge anyone long recognize and believe whats coming and get ready to get rid of anyone short. Once they are gone they don't come back. Once a company knows how to combat them,which this company does, they stay away. I've seen it. The company will do its part. PLEASE DO YOURS, TAKE YOUR STOCK OFF MARGIN, put it on cash the
numbers go against the shorts 2 to 1 and they are scared now anyway. This is a process that can be over very quickly if we all cooperate just like the shorts did, but this time the company is not ignoring the stock.
Look for more news and a rising stock price, none will short this again but they do need to cover, look to the 3/15 short interest for proof. The SEC is looking at this and I think soon Mr.Pink will
no longer be a STRANGER. See ya soon , this can only end one way. |
