The DELL bulls have established that DELL's direct sales/inventory method is a competitive advantage that CPQ, IBM, and HWP will not be able to remove anytime soon. The DELL bulls have also established that Dell's customer satisfaction is higher than the competition. The only thing that I haven't heard the DELL bulls answer is how CPQ price reductions will affect DELL's customer loyalty, if at all? Will DELL reduce prices too?
