To sum up, February's stock market rally was supported by stronger global fundamentals and expectations for low inflation and low interest rates in the U.S. With most market averages at new highs, the long-term bullish trend is clearly intact, but several short-term negatives may make the going a bit tougher in March. The bond market will be key: If bond yields stay below 6.15%, any decline in stocks should be minimal. If they don't, we could see a bigger correction than most investors expect in the weeks ahead.


I'm more worried than he is because now INTC, MOT and CPQ have warned.
The situation looks worse for tech investors than for the market overall. And I share your belief that others will warn also. Many tech stocks are not that far above their lows, so have a shorter distance to fall.
