Ed, the problem is sometimes in the amount of shares you are trying to buy or sell, if you put out an order for 10000 at a certain price and the ask is only 5000, it usually wont go through. It is best to find out how many asks and bids there are and at what price and volume. With WACC you will have to do this through a broker, I do not know any online traders that provide that information. On another note, I see this stock really taking off in the next month with the purchase of the property upcoming. With all this volume, it is an excellent opportunity to get in on what should be a wild ride. It seems everything is in place, now all we have to do is sit back and hope these guys can put the whole thing through. The main reason the stock is so far down has nothing to do with this deal, it is just because they have switched businesses. Most companies are still recognizing them as an oil company for crying out loud. Lets all try to get some more day to day information on how things are going. There should be some preliminary results on their efforts to find prospective buyers for the time share units in the next couple of months. Also, any information you guys have on exactly how these guys are buying the property, which is 19.5 million I believe, would be appreciated. I know they sold alot of their oil stuff, but that was only for 2 million or so. Are they borrowing most of it, or do they have a lot of outside investors. Anyway, go WACC! t-bone |
