James; Quoting from the shareholder letter of 2-26-98. "The new corporate strategy of Intercell is to identify and conclude a strategic alliance or some other business association with a major industry partner to develope, manufacture and market the Technology." "Based upon the extensive efforts initiated in 1997, we are confident within the next 60 days we will have this accomplished." "I am confident that within the next 45 days Intercell will have adequate financing for implimenting our new corporate strategy for commercializing this Technology." "Further, we anticipate that any transaction with an industry partner will likely involve a substancial cash payment by it to Intercell as part of the consideration for acquisition of rights to the Technology." Paul is talking about the Particle Technology of which all patents have been transferred to Nanopierce(NPCT) and Intercell owns 70% of. Paul is expected to be the President and CEO of NPCT. I have never remembered Paul sticking his neck out quite so far with a statement this positive and actually putting it in print. Fasten your seatbelt and try to pick up some shares of Nanopierce also. Regards, Jim
