Agree with your comments. I also believe investors should not be tempted to take profits so quickly. In December 1990 the stock was $1 and moved to $7 in five months, long before the IBM deal. Back then all they had going for them was stacking.

Granted, today the company has twice as many shares outstanding, but it has many more things going for it. The company has not been shy in disclosing that they have been talking to numerous potential partners and I believe we can expect to see several deals this year. Some might be at the subsidiary level and I would not be surprised to see a deal at the holding company level as well.
