Dear Gregor, God had the Ark of the Covenant built to His specifications and watched over it even when stolen by the Philistines and mentions in Revelations that it is in Heaven. Who are we that we should have an opinion of it one way or the other. He does not need our approval or disapproval of it. I do not worship it and think it is best that it has not been found for surely some would worship it as they do so many other things. To me it was the representation of the Holiness of God and I think we could all use more reverence of His Holiness and not become so confident and complacent that we become disrespectful. Nancy
