William: I would STRONGLY encourage you to call the IR folks at Sitra and ask your pointed questions directly. This is an excellent investment opportunity, so why let a few concerns that could probably be addressed comfortably by the company prevent you from an earlier entry point. I too asked about the SEC reporting statement. It was made before Sitra was retained and Sitra has acknowledged 100% that it was a misstatement and should NOT have been issued. All subsequent public statements by the company have reflected that they are currently in the process of becoming a reporting company and expect to do so shortly. The original misstatement was also overexuberant in its earnings predictions. Sitra has since also correctly addressed that on its website. Again, these misstatements occurred before Sitra was retained. Please call them. I think you will find them very upfront and candid about all facets of Tigershark. This is just my opinion, but I believe management may have been upset at some of the misstatements made early and searched for a very legitimate, credible representative for their IR to prevent such future issues. I was very pleased with the no-nonsense, straight-up responses I received from Sitra. Also, I am no financial guru to say the least, but as a distributor that flips products from other companies through its distribution channels, why would one expect to see a large inventory on hand, particularly at the close of the year during winter where sales are likely at their lowest. Would be curious to hear what you find from Sitra.
