With reference to your questions:

1) What does the percentage of MF/V mean, MF is in dollar and Volume in share?

The charting program that I use calculates money flow in shares. Since both money flow and volume are in shares, dividing them gives you a percentage. In essence, it normalizes the data based on the volume.

2) Is MF more or less the same as the dollar value difference between the trades at bid and at ask price?

Money flow is calculated by subtracting the volume of trades on downticks from the volume of trades on upticks. A trade on a downtick is initiated by a seller and a trade on an uptick is initiated by a buyer. In other words, a stock won't trade on an uptick unless somebody is willing to buy stock at the asking price and it won't trade on a downtick unless somebody is willing to sell stock at the bid.
