Sam, Institutions are Selling This Stock

I ran a recent check on FreeEdgar of 13G's. This url shows
some of the bigger institutional positions in July 1997.

2/12/98 - Scudder Kemper 0
2/06/98 - Dresdner Bank 0
1/23/98 - Putnam Investment 0

And the mighty Chancellor LGT Management listed

2/06/98 - 3,713,300 shares (23.0%)
2/09/98 - 3,312,900 shares (20.5%)

Guess even though Insider recommended the stock
based on insider buying pattern (my guess as I
don't subscribe or know their methodology) you
still have to check that against what the institutions
are doing. Please note I also sold all my shares last
