TO ALL:

1. Mr. Schwartz brings up the possibility that management in place now is still a continuation of the "snake oil people" who duped investors before. Is the company a "new" company free from the sliminess of the past, or are they trying to decieve the world again? We need to find out, and develop the confidence to buy and hold through the wild swings that are inevitable.

If the company is now a "new" company, I would love to hear a summary of how it changed its skin.

2. Mr. Schwartz, your comments are made in the tone of a casual observer, which you do not appear to be. Please state:

A. Your present & past relationship to the company and company management, if any.
B. Your present investment status: long/short.
C. Your sources of information.

I am not making a value judgement of your intentions, it just seems that you know quite a bit, and we would benefit more by knowing where you are "coming from" with regard to the company and the stock.
