DLJ UPGRADES CPQ TO A STRONG BUY AND DOWNGRADES DELL. SAID THEY WOULD RECC BUYING CPQ AGRESSIVELY AT THE OPEN ON ANY WEAKNESS. SAID THAT THE AGRESSIVE PRICE CUTTING AND MOVE TO BUILD TO ORDER MODEL WILL HURT DELL AND HELP CPQ LONG TERM.
