You are too much Dear Ditchdigger. There is no evidence that the level of conversions
that you and OFFIE stirred up on the Oilex board ever happened, you offered nothing
but innuendo and rumour. You two and others are responsible for the state of the
stock price of Oilex. The debentures have been purchased and are being held by a
white knight. Reg S troubles for Oilex are over.

Let's wait and see if Oilex recovers this week and that there is some really good news
this week. Too, bad you don't hold any Oilex.

As to the posters here at Nevtah, beware this ditchdigger guy he is a snake and will
ruin your investment. He asks seemingly excellent questions but their purpose is to generate doubt in the minds of present and potential investors.

The fact that a BB is non-reporting is not a big deal. Nevtah's financials appear to be
available as my previous post provided a link to an article that presented them.

As to the lack of reporting voluntarily under BB listing rules affecting European
Institutional Investors, I would expect that audited financials would be all that would be
necessary. Once a company starts reporting to the SEC they are kind of locked in to
reporting every move and for an early growth stage company that can telegraph
strategy, etc. and harm planning, financing arrangements, etc.
