Tom: You must not have been in this stock very long. Anyone who's owned FSCX for any length of time has been absolutely screwed. <G> But now is our time and Madsen can make it work. The company has been working very hard to get to this point. I just hope we've turned the quarter. As far as the votes are concerned. I think we have to vote with Madsen. I hate to do it, but at this point I don't think it will be in any of our best interests to confine his deal making authority. We've come this far with him and I say we give him whatever additional power he needs to make FSCX work. Good Luck. R..
