Well, this capital issue certaintly is a serious one. If they dont have the money, things could get tricky because these projects always take longer than excpected and cost more than they think it will. The only problem I see here is that there just isnt enough investment, however, with this plan, i do not see why investors would not be interested. Lets all try to find out what is going on here. t-bone
