Sorry for the confusion. LKON has nothing to do w GIFT. LKON is simply a stock that I follow very closely that is "happening" now. David, any point of sale of digital data in simutaneous exchange for payment is covered by the patent. That is true whether it is by credit card, token, or this unified system they are now working on. The real "action" on GIFT will not come until we are nearing "kick-off" time for the Markman Hearing.
