There is just too much legal bs floating on this thread. Most of people who come here, do so to learn about Intel. The latest is your comment about the employee who might subject intel to a lawsuit if the 3/1 suit does not materialize. As many have indicated on this board and other boards, a split does nothing to the inherent worth of your holding. You can have one six dollar share or three two dollar shares, the value of your holding is the same, six dollars. Which leads me to your statement regarding the liability of Intel. To sue in tort or contract you NEED to be DAMAGED. If the split does not occur, where is the damage. Let's talk stocks not attorneys, lawsuits, or propositions, please!
