Fast-Growing Telecommunications Providers Turn to Lightbridge's
Telesto for a Competitive Edge

EATEL and Prime Matrix, the Latest to Sign-on for Fast Customer Acquisition

BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 1998-- Lightbridge's Telesto(tm) suite of integrated customer
acquisition and retention solutions is attracting fast growing telecom providers who view quick activation of new subscribers as
a strong, competitive advantage. Today, EATEL, one of the fastest growing telecommunications companies in the South, and
Prime Matrix Wireless Communications, a rapidly growing telecommunications reseller, have chosen Telesto to achieve a
competitive edge in the area of customer acquisition. Lightbridge, Inc. (NASDAQ:LTBG - news) is a leading provider of
customer acquisition and retention solutions for the global telecommunications industry.

''We see a trend of fast-growing, dynamic telecom companies, such as EATEL and Prime Matrix, looking for leverage by
offering superior customer service,'' said Pamela D.A. Reeve, president and CEO at Lightbridge. ''Telesto delivers on the
promise of superior customer care by enabling the rapid response to service activation that customers are demanding.''

Prime Matrix and EATEL join the list of small and medium size telecom companies such as Unitel and Dobson
Communications who are going head-to-head with the larger, more established telecom giants.

''Working with Lightbridge's Telesto gives us the tools we need to bring the right customers on board quickly and deliver
customer care that surpasses the competition for our new PCS service,'' said Patrick Regan, director of customer care at
EATEL.

Teresa Mabugat, vice president of information systems at Prime Matrix comments on Telesto's impact on its customer
acquisition process, ''Lightbridge helps us maintain our commitment to customer care and to high standards of service while
our company grows.''

The Solutions

To support its new PCS service, EATEL is using Lightbridge's TeleServices call center, POPS(tm) and Fraud Detect(tm) for
credit qualification, fraud screening and activation. Prime Matrix will use Lightbridge's Retail Management System (RMS)(tm),
POPS and Fraud Detect to support the qualification and activation of its growing subscriber base. All of these products are
part of Lightbridge's Telesto suite of integrated solutions for customer acquisition and retention.

-- TeleServices is the only call center exclusively serving the

telecom market, leveraging Telesto to provide carriers with a

fast, workflow-enhanced system for customer management.
