The Solutions
To support its new PCS service, EATEL is using Lightbridge's TeleServices call center, POPS(tm) and Fraud Detect(tm) for credit qualification, fraud screening and activation. Prime Matrix will use Lightbridge's Retail Management System (RMS)(tm), POPS and Fraud Detect to support the qualification and activation of its growing subscriber base.
