Rodger, revenue growth at TLTK is certainly much faster growing than at US Long Distance. Also another off spoken long distance buyout candidate company is Worldcom. I sells at about a 30X PE ratio. I was trying to be realistic with estimates on TLTK because they haven't been in business as long as these others used for PE benchmarks. But who knows, I HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT! Volume on TLTK today incredible. BIG BIG buying. best.........Bill
