The suit is not "frivolus". The issue is what does the patent "mean". That is the issue for the Markman Hearing. After that is decided, the trial is on whether each defendant infringed and what should the money damages be. Once the decision is rendered after the Markman, we and the world will be able to ballpark the value of this patent. Mel
